We contacted uber because the ebay design we had was around 2- 3 years old, we asked for an honest appraisal of what they thought of our existing design. Terminally bad was the gist of what was handed over, to over complicated, detracts from our items, no functionality. We asked uber to quote us for every function they had and the price was only slightly more expensive that what we had paid another company 2 -3 years early, we had contacted the original design company however they had no features and we had already seen an uber design on a large rivals shop and loved the functionality.

Sales have increased a lot since we applied the new design, the team at uber also provided insight into our titles and gave us some really great workable suggestions, support was always almost instant and changes were made lightening fast whenever we requested.

I'm just glad to be able to work with a company that wants to actually get to a point where the customers are fully satisfied. A lot of developers that we have come across seem to want something done to the format of a template they produced for someone else in the past, which doesn't really offer the best levels of service for a bespoke design template.
